Being on a construction site is a dangerous experience in itself. If it gives a sense of danger even to people who pass by it, you can imagine the peril construction workers experience. An appropriate hat reduces the impact of falling objects if they happen to fall over on you. It is a life saver as heavy objects can cause a lot of damage. Besides this, it also gives you relief from the direct rays of the sun and protects you from a heat stroke.

Eye protection glasses are necessary to prevent minute particles from entering your eyes while working. These particles can be anything ranging from dust to metal particles which can cause irritation or even vision loss.

Gloves and proper safety footwear do not let you com in direct contact with sharp and harmful objects which can cause cuts and bruises. They also give you a better grip while carrying heavy objects and good footing if working at heights.
