Why it is important to wear appropriate footwear on job sites

All of us feel the need to be appropriately dressed for occasions, parties or according to our everyday requirements.  After all, none of us would go to a wedding dressed in casuals. Similarly, we would not go jogging dressed formally. This is because we would not be properly dressed for it.
